Issue With The User Exit.

Dear All ,

I am Facing one wiered problem the implementation of user exit.

I have implemented one user exit for the transaction JK02. That is working fine in the Developement client and there is no issue. But when i transported it to the production client that exit is not at all working. I debugged that transaction and found that there is one call statement "call customer-function '009'" which is actually the Include for the user exit; that is not getting executed.

Please suggest me something as what could be the reason and how it can be solved .

Hi Nikhil,

Check whether the project for this component is active and transported to the production system. It should work then.

How to get the CMOD project from the Exit function module ?

Hello Nikhil,

Check the active CMOD project component is transported to Production .If it does not work then go to the Include where u ahve written u r code , seklect UTILITIES menu and Update the Navigation Index to regenerate the Program index .

It happened for me also ....

Hi Nikhil,

Goto table MODACT and give the enhancement name in the MEMBER field. Then you ll see all projects for the enhancement. If you get more than one just check which is active then check if that exists and active in production.
