problem printing label

Hi Experts ,

I have uploaded a ITF file created in Bartender from SO10 as text object In ITF Format . And Included that text ID in the appropiate text element of main window with "extending it immediately" option checked , When I print the form The barcodes are not printed but only the text is printed . The variable are printed with right values though .

Any suggestion as to where to have a look to fix it will be great help .

Hi,

Please check the barcode ur using is installed in your system or the printer support the barcode...

We are using printer "Datamax M-Class Mark II Printer" ,used Bartender to generate a ITF File .

Created a text object using SO10 . Uploaded the file as 'ITF' , tried uploading 'ASCII' as well . copied that text into main window of form. the device type we used is LB_DMX .

The printer Does not print anything

Hi kolla,

are you using smartforms or sapscripts for printing.If you are using sapscripts can u change it to smartforms .as smartforms does not require special softwares like bartender

I Am using SAP script , Its for Transfer Order and chnaged the standard Form .

problem sloved , change '#' to '~' in main window . and also had to fix basis issues .

Hi Vinay,

I am currently facing the same issue as your previous experience.

My client is using Datamax M 4206 printer. I have the Bartender v9.01 which I create the design and export the SAPScript ITF file with.

I then upload the ITF file via SO10 as ITF format.

Below is the ITF format that is generated when print preview from the spool but nothing is printed out from the printer. The spool completed but nothing is listed or generated with the datamax printer

I understand that the # needs to be changed to ~, but may I have an elaboration of how this is to be maintained?

Also, what were the basis issues that had to be solved?
