Create Delivery - VL01N

Hi Guys,

I've looking for a BAPI to create a Delivery based on Sales Orders.I found the link below :

So, I tried the following ones:

BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC

BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS

Both are good to create a simple delivery, but neither BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC nor BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS allow me to provide more detail, I mean, the first one has almost all fields that I need, but does not work properly.

I need to create a delivery with a delivery block(LIFSK) filled.

I can use the VL01N's user-exit in order to fill out this field, but for me seems not to be a correct way.

Any Ideia I will apreciate it.

Hi,

I hope you can use parameter 'REQUEST-DELIVERY_BLOCK' in the 'BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC'.

I've already tried that... but does not work, I mean, I got the Delivery number.. but it did not get the field delivery block filled. I debugged this function and just in case of type is iqual = '12', it will use the field delivery block, but I was unable to get the delivery number.. I got an exception.

I've been using an user-exit to make this field works, but I think SAP must provide a BAPI to create a fulled Delivery.

Could you let me know what for exactly you are using this delivery block? to restrict the further process like GI / Billing docs creation?

Your are correct there should be way through BAPI also, i hope if you want to set delivery block for existed deliveries then it will be useful. Sorry i did not get this type of scenario.

Yeah, with a specific delivery Block like for e.g 'Z3', I will send out an information to an external system and also restrict the P. Goods issue and nexts steps.
