The most accepted way is to do it through se 16n . wherein before executing you need to execute the command &amp;amp;sap_edit in the command box and then execute it.You will be able to see that the edit options will be displayed .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;       Good luck,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                       Varghese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
