Executing External Application and capturing the result

Hi,

I am in the process of integrating the Weigh Bridge result into SAP, now by using the Execute Method, I am able to run the Weigh Bridge Application, but how to capture the result of the Weigh Bridge application and put it into SAP. I have tried with clpb_import but the result is zero, is there any function module or class which will execute the application and will put the result in clip board so that we can import, or if you have any other way do suggest me.

No, I do not think there should be any integration have to be with XI, my req is that I have to execute an application and capture the result of the application that's it, as I already told I am able to call the third party App, but I am struck with capturing the weight from the app.
