Bardoce Problem

i am using PDF 417 barcode type to pront the 2D barcode.

When i am printing the barcode on laser printer that barcode is readble same bardode if i print on dot matrix it is not radable by the scanner..

what could be probelm.

Please help me...

hi,

There're differents solutions for the creation and print BARCODEs . All of them have the same problem : When you create a spool from a form/smartform with Barcodes, it's not possible to convert the spool to a PDF file because the BARCODE is created at the time of printing.

just try printing one copy and see.

Dear Kranthi,

Barcodes are very much depends upon printer configuration. Please ask your basis to look into the chips of the various printers. If you are able to print it on laser and not on dot matrix, it may due to chips available to the printers.
