Variant Configuration User Exit & Table

Hi All

We are on ECC 6 and have done variant configuration for some materials. While creation of the quote i need to populate values to the variant configured materials (like length, height, color, etc). I need to know where is the transactional data stored (table name). I need to use these values as strings to populate customer material number field in VA21/VA22.

Can anyone tell me the user exit and table name which needs to be used.

If in the materials you have used classification view then you can find material in va21.

in material field (of va21) do F4 and then use search criterion "material for class" then give class and class type as i/p to search the material
