How can I do user compare for 2 users to find out the unique roles. also let me know the table name for this user compare (Roles level)

Dear Lisa,

You can do a download of AGR_USERS for both the users at a time and see the roles which are assigned to both the users.

Or else you can download the result of AGR_USERS separately for the 2 users to an excel file and compare both the downloads. You will find the common roles assigned to the users.

Hi Lisa,

Only authorization object and thier filed comparison can do it in SUIM.

If you want to compare the SAP roles you must do it manually by downloading the SAP roles into the excel sheet as Lakshmi said.

Go to SUIM

Select User by complex selection selection criteria

Execute(F8)

Enter 2 user idu2019s in user tab

Execute

Select 2idu2019s

Select roles tab on top

Then sort or download in to excel and sort unique records

Go to se16

Enter table name AGR_USERS

Execute/enter

Enter user idu2019s

Execute

If there are 2 entries (Repeted entries)then that is common role for both users

download in to excel and sort unique records
