      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Expert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;              I have a scenario where my client needs only ESS display access to all the employees. He don't want employees to change any information on the portal. Is there a way through the authorizations where we can provide only display authorization to the employees to view there personal information,Address etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raj Aitha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;u must do p_orgin and then go to p_pernr... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reason is simple in p_orgin u set auths for aah u know the fields,...  and p_pernr is used primarily to prevent personnel from doing anything to other people's data and be restricted to their own data alone. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vuthpala.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
