'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' module with generic mailbox

Good morning,

I use module function 'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' to send documents to end-users via Microsoft Outloook.

The email box to which I send the documents is a generic email box, that is it contents several users.

Works fine until now.

Recently new users have been added to the generic (or group or list) email box.

But the documents are still sent to the "old content" of the box.

New users added to the list do not receive the documents from SAP.

I have checked that the list is correctly defined in Outlook and that internal Outlook mails are received by all the members of the list, when the generic list is used => it's OK.

Have you any idea of what happens? Is the old list of members stored somewhere in SAP ans is reffered to ?

Reactivate the Report which contain the FM may be it helps you to resolve the issue.

Your Weblink refers to a blog explaining how to integrate in SAP a mail received from outside.

Here an ABAP program send a message to a distribution list.

When the distribution list is updated, the message is still sent to the 'old content' of the distribution list.

May the problem does not come from SAP but from a non synchronization between mail servers...

Has anyone encountered ths kind of problem?
