Is there any Function Module which can be used to call a search help and read the values returned by this search help?

F4IF_GET_SHLP_DESCR

F4IF_SELECT_VALUES

Try with the FM F4IF_DETERMINE_SEARCHHELP - Determine the search help assigned to a DDIC field.
