    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried to load customer master using LSMW , it works fine if i process it in foreground mode, but when i process it in background , its creating a background job, but its not running. the analysis is " to process".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help me on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raghu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Raghu,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you start your session in &lt;EM&gt;background mode&lt;/EM&gt; the job is indeed created but is immediately processed (asynchronously). To see how the status of the session run changes, simply navigate to different tabstrip (i.e. &lt;EM&gt;in Background&lt;/EM&gt; ) and back to this "overview" tab (status is not updating automatically so screen refresh must be triggered by changing tab or by ENTER key). When you select &lt;EM&gt;Analisys&lt;/EM&gt;, the &lt;EM&gt;to process&lt;/EM&gt; label shows number of remaining records to be processed. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still encounter any problems, after running the session in background go to sm37-&amp;gt;select your job and &lt;EM&gt;Release&lt;/EM&gt; pushbutton.
