Smartform copy

Hi all,

I have a smartform "ZPOPRINT". Now I want to make some changes in designing. I don't want to disturb the original one, instead of that I like to create a similar form say "ZPOPRINT_COPY" having the same features.

Is it possible? if possible then how?

hi,

Goto the tcode SMARTFORMS--> Give your original form name and click COPY the icon to the extreme left on application toolbar.

This way you can create an extra copy of your smart form.

There's an ICon for Copy at the Smartforms initial screen,, Did u checked?

There is an option in smart forms in menu bar to download.

Download the form

and then you can upload the form again with some other name.

at first open the smartform "ZPOPRINT".....then DOWNLOAD it into your computer.....then open another session in same tcode......give the name as "ZPOPRINT_COPY"....then go to UPLOAD option.....and upload the previous downloaded file...your purpose will be solved

hi,

To copy : open transaction SMARTFORMS ==> give the name of original smartform in FORM field

==> then go to SMARTFORM tab ===> Then COPY ==> give the new smartform name in which u want to copy.

it will create the copy of original one with same features

Hi,

In t-code smartforms give the original smartform name and click copy button in the application toolbar.

You will be prompted for the source (original) and new (target) smartform name.

Give the new name, and click done.

Your smartform is now copied. Make changes as per your requirement.

hi,

goto smartform . give name enter and then utilities--download form.

then goto smartform give new name~~enter~~utilities--upload form.

here upload the one previously downloaded.
