Down load to spreadsheet

When I attempt to download the report to excel 2007 using the spreadsheet icon(CtrlShiftF7), there is no response.I am getting 'filter sorting totals and subtotals are not taken into account'.

If I try downloading with the Local file->Spreadsheet menu path, I AM NOT ABLE TO DOWN LOAD INTO EXEL 2007..

My requirement is to do through the spreadsheet icon (CtrlShiftF7).

HELP ON THIS .

it is just a information, Go Ahead with ok. It will prompt fot Table or Piviot Table.

Select Table and press enter. Now the Excel will display with values, Save it as 'Save as'
