this is shwetha.i am new to abap.i need to genrate a sap script for invoice,give me ur suggestions to generate it.

There are standard invoices sapscripts available for you to copy into a "Z" version and modify. Go to SE71, and do F4 help on the FORM field. You will get a listing of all available sapscript forms.

and layout set is : RVINVOICE01

Hi,

For invoice print program :RVADIN01

and layout set is : RVINVOICE01

After copying your standard script to cust Z* Form then you can go a head with modification according to the client requirement / customer requirement.

HI swetha

There is a standard SAP program and form to print the INvouice which are

PRogram ->RVADIN01

form ->RVINVOICE01.

what you have to do is copy the printer program in se38 to a Z program and the from in se71. then do the modification as per the custonmer requirements.

then goto NACE there assign your print program and Form name in the place of the standard sap program and form

steps to follow according to ur reqmt:

For invoice print program :RVADIN01

and layout set is : RVINVOICE01

first copy RVINVOICE01 in se71 to Z_layout make some changes what do u want then activate the layout

come to se38 copy std prg 'RVADIN01' to zprg

after making some changes according to ur layout.

activate it.

the go to NACE tcode

follow the steps already i replied to ur Query in script thread NACE to see the output. go through that
