Problem with POPUP_GET_VALUES. Fields appear greyed.

Hi guys!

I have a problem. I'm trying to use fm POPUP_GET_VALUES to get some values from user.

This is the code:

MOVE 'TRVOR' TO t_campos-tabname.
MOVE 'SUMSO' TO t_campos-fieldname.
MOVE trvor-sumso TO t_campos-value.
APPEND t_campos.

CALL FUNCTION 'POPUP_GET_VALUES'
  EXPORTING
*   NO_VALUE_CHECK        = ' '
    popup_title           = v_titulo
   start_column          = '5'
   start_row             = '5'
 IMPORTING
   returncode            = v_return
  TABLES
    fields                = t_campos
* EXCEPTIONS
*   ERROR_IN_FIELDS       = 1
*   OTHERS                = 2

The problem is that when I use table TRVOR the fields in the popup appears grayed and you can't modify them. If I use another table, eg T001, the fields are white and you can modify them.

Is there any way to make this fm works with TRVOR? Do you know any other fm that works similar to this? I need the user to enter some CURR type fields, so it would be interesting if the fm checks the format of the entered value.

The FM will have Dialog box for the display and request of values, without check

But for all the amount fields there will not be any values, Hence they are grey out..You cant use this FM..

Check with any amount field(WRBTR)..this will also grey out

use the fm to get the pop up to enter text...

I have the same problem with this one. It's an amount field thing, as Shiva said before.

Try this FM it will work.



POPUP_GET_VALUES_DB_CHECKED (Dialog box for requesting values, check against the DB table/view )

Hi J@y! I tested the fm and I see that the field INPUT_TEXT is set to 5 positions in the popup.

I can use a fm that shows you a popup with a field (I can put the field text on the title). Do you know any fm that do just that?

If I use a text field to enter a curr value I will need to check if the value is correct (format), any fm that do that?

I still need a way to validate a CURR value entered though a CHAR type field...

Any fm do this?

I found a solution!

CALL FUNTION 'FOBU_POPUP_GET_VALUE'
   EXPORTING
      TABLENAME   =  'TRVOR'
      FIELDNAME    =  'SUMSO'
      FIELDVALUE   = trvor-sumso
      POPUPTITLE   = 'Title you want'
   IMPORTING
      FIELD_VALUE_INT_C  = v_imp
   EXCEPTIONS
      INTERNAL_ERROR = 1
      CANCELLED           = 2
      OTHERS                 = 3.

This fm checks the value you enter and tells you if it's incorrect (you entered a non numeric value, format, etc).
