Basis - Feild Exit Not Triggering For Some Users

Hi Experts ,

I have created a feild Exit For MKPF-BUDAT (FEILD_EXIT_BUDAT), for restricting use of back date in MB31 by users.

It's working fine for most of the users , but for some users that feild exit is not triggering at all .

Please help me how to tackle this .

You don't say what distinguishes the users for which it works from those for whom it does not, and maybe you have not yet found anything to distinguish them. Are the users for which your exit is not working on a different application server from those for which it is working?

The activation of a field exit is specific to the application server, and the profile parameter must be set either on all application servers or on none.

There are some notes about this in the "performance assistant" help that you get from clicking the 'i' icon or using Shift+F1 in the selection screen of program RSMODPRF.
