why when selecting from T000 the client is ignored ?

i.e. following select

select * from t000.

will select entries from all clients

You can check also in SE16 that entries for all clients are shown in case of T000.

Bcoz this values are passing ti table d020s and from there fetching values for oyher clients also

Very "helpful" answer.

So why e.g. T001 and all other tables with MANDT behave in another way and with standard select (without CLIENT SPECIFIED) only entries from current client are returned.

First I thougth that's because MANDT is the only key field in the table but there are another tables with MANDT as whole key and they behave 'normally'. I couldn't neither fid any technical settings indicating this unusual behaviour.

T000 is table to maintain sap clients itself so it displays all the clients data. T000 is a cross client table.

When MANDT field is present in other tables it indicates that the table is client dependant but in T000 MANDT doesnot signify client dependance but instead it holds all client data.

go SE16N and check the table DD02L there u'll find the characteristics of every table where u can see T000 is not client specific whereas T001 is.

Do you know maybe how to set this flag for tables with MANDT field?

It seems that by default when table with MANDT field is created then the "client dependent " flag is set. Can it be somewhere changed like it is in case T000?

the entry is maintained in DD02L table and the field is CLIDEP, but how u can set set values to this i dont know, may be some config through SPRO but i dont have any idea abt it.

T000 is the Client table ie table to hold all the Clients

while other tables have only one client in which they are created.
