Runtime error "MESSAGE_TYPE_X"

Hi All,

I'm using FM REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY_LVC for ALV grid display which is working in the ABAP end with no issues.

While the same report is used to execute in portal I'm getting dump saying Runtime error "MESSAGE_TYPE_X".

Is there any other alternative FM??

Or If I want to reduce the number of records for displaying, how can i achieve this??

This is normally the frontend PC's problem with the

controls/dlls. Ask user to reboot the machine to see

if it helps. If not, patch up the SAPGUI to a more

recent patch level.

Hi,

When I raise a OSS ticket i got reply saying that "You can also verify with your programmers a way to retrieve less data, e.g. paging the report's result.".

How to do this?? Please let me know....
