It is also part of the Rules of Engagement to award points to answers which have been useful to the original poster.  If someone consistently doesn't award points, then please let the moderators know by using the "abuse" button.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am using one report,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where one user already created one variant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now his requirement is to chabge vallues of variant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i do this to same variant, and after my changes when ever he selcts the variant , it should con&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Execute the report&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. open the variant which was created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. change the required values which ever user wants to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. click on save button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. click on save button again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. it will prompt for overwriting the variant. select yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. its done.........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Siddarth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
