If I click the toolbar cancel button I am able to close the screen. But when I use ALT+F4 or click on the 'X' the screen does not close.

On the modal screen, there is a small 'X' - close button, at the top right corner of the screen. Also there is a menu available by default that says 'Move' 'Close ALT+ F4' 'Create Session' and 'Stop Transaction'.

The close button at top and the alt + f4 should trigger an event PAI. This is not happening. I have a pf-status tool bar button for cancel. When I click that button, the code at PAI for closing the window is called.
