Table control fields editable in userexit_save_document_prepare.

Hello Experts,

I am on include MV45AFZZ working on form userexit_save_document_prepare.

After performing some kind of validation i display an error message.

and after that I need the table control fields to be editable.

how do I achieve this,

Please help would be appreciated.

I think.. in SO. that too in MV45AFZZ.. if u provide error message ..its not possible to bring the table control to EDITABLE.. instead of that better try to give some popup message.. with the error..

Hi,

If you give the error message in transaction VA01/VA02, then the table control ( standard) should be editible anyways.

If any of the fields are not editible, then you can use the exit userexit_field_modification to make the fields editible based on the same condition that you are cheking in the userexit_save_document_prepare.
