I guess these error messages are raised because of incomplete data i.e., the data you have entered in the screen/BAPI is not sufficient enough to close your Order. Try to check on the BALANCE (which i think is a cost related issue) of the Order. I'm not into FI so couldn't exactly give the reason to you.
