Saving Variant

Hi All,

I have problem in saving a variant.

I have saved variant in my report.

If I try to open the variant created. It does not display the variant. It always gives default one.

Hi Praveen,

Always activate your program to see the variant you have created.Go to the variant creation screen and there will be a lot of check boxes available make sure only the appropriate ones are clicked.

Hi,

When you press the variant button,

clear off all the fields in the popup screen where it will accept Created by, changed by , Variant name etc.

then you will find all the variants assigned to that program.

Hi Venkatesh,

I have checked all the possibility. Still if i select the variant, data within in is not displayed on selection screen parameters.

It is not getting populated.

Hi,

Try creating another variant and save it.

Now try it with selecting the new variant .

Check whether u hv given "save field without values" in Variant attributes...

Hi,

Have checked with the save field without values in variant attributes. You have to check that one.
