Hello all,

I have to set authorizations for the KANBAN transaction PK13N such that:

1. The user can put the container to empty but cannot put it to full.

2. The user has no other access within the KANBAN screen.

I see the following options in the authorization object C_KANBAN:

C1 Create control cycle

D1 Display kanban data

DP Display supply areas

E1 Delete error messages

I1 Kanban signal; bar code/demand view

I2 Kanban signal; source view

M1 Change control cycle

M2 Container correction

MP Maintain supply areas

However I am not sure which ones to use to provide permissions as mentioned above.

Can someone please tell me how to limit the authorizations?

Thanks,

Rugmani

If you want to create a role with all authorization, select every option.

If it only display, you can provide D1, DP, I1 and E1.

Rgds,

Raghu

However, I1 allows you to set the container to all statuses. How do I restrict the access such that a user can only set the container to empty but not to full?

Thanks,

Rugmani
