ME5A Report Selection Fields

Does any one know the fields from table EBAN related to the following check box in the ME5A report

1. Assigned purchase requisitions

2. Closed requisitions

3. Partly ordered requisitions

4. Released requisitions only

5. Requisns. for overall release

6. Requisns. f. item-wise release.

I did check the F1 help and it pointed me to a structure used to build that report. I need them to build a custom report based on ME5A

you may check the table EBAN ( Purchase Requisition)

I know that its part of EBAN table, but couldnt find the related fields in that table
