Change Pointer in Customer Master

Hi experts,

I have written code for outbound IDOC, DEBMAS03.

Message type ZZDEBMAS

One week before everything was working fine.

But now no customer master change triggeres IDOC.

I've check CDHDR, CDPOS, BDCPV table. no changes appear. I've tried creating new customers, changing existing customers. but nothing reflects there.

Also, No changes made in BD52, BD60, BD50, WE20, BD64. All the setting are as it is since last week.

Please help me out.

Hello

if CDHDR, CDPOS have the data of the field.

1st check the field which as to be update for that field

in that data element level we have tab call futher charactersitics

in that at bottom we have check box call change doucment it must be checked then only

the date will update in these table CDHDR, CDPOS

hi,

all the chages in CDHDR is our option, need tarack or not so plz check that option is selected or not with functional guy.

Hi,

I've checked the that checkbox, it is selected for all the data types i want to populate.

No data is populated in CDHDR/CDPOS/BDCPV.

Can you please tell me where to check the customization part. there is No functional guy to help me out

Hi Sachin,

Check your background scheduling of change pointer JOB (program for generating IDOC from change pointer is RBDMIDOC)

Hi,

I've checked all the setting & no background processing happening.

I think it's an customization issue. Please help where to check customization in SPRO, with respect to customer master IDOC. Pls help me out..
