version change in sap!!

hi folks i have three versions on my instance i need to change to prg version in se38 i went to utilities and changed the version but wen i click on subrotines its not going on tat sub routine ....is tat any thing i need to do to change the version of my program...

Not actually.

Sometimes so happens that simple double-click on the routine will not take you anywhere .

Go inside the include/main program where the code for same is written and you can see the form there.

In version management simple Click does not take you to Form or code which been updated some times .

Take the report name and try to find out it in report or include .

If you are sure that in the new version, your subroutine is still there, you should update the navigation index. Menu Utilities->update navigation index.
