PF status

Hi !

I have reports in MM in which I would like to copy a PF status from one of the program to another one as I ahve added a sinmilar functionality to the other program . When I tried copying the PF status of program 1 to the second one its not allowng me to copy saying the PF statuses cannot be copied in modificaion mode but when I copy the Pf staus of program one into a duplicate copy of program two in saved a s local object it does copy and works fine in the program . Is there a way I can straight away copy the PF status of program 1 into program 2. Bothe the programs are z programs.

Hi,

Use tcode SE41 to copy PFstatus of one program to another program.

in t.code se41 we have option copy ststus in application toolbar,by clicking that just enter from and to program name and status name....

I have been trying that only , but its giving me a message .

"Copying statuses is restricted in modification

mode. See F1 Help".

Hi,

Are to copying the PF-status from other object to the object which is transported from other landscape.

No I am doing all this in SBX itself , and the message it gives is something like this , I mean the procedure.

"Procedure

"Go to maintenance in the target interface. From here you can copy statuses from the same interface or a different one."

So where exactl;y do we go and copy it , I am not sure what it means.

hi,

in se80 if ur right click on pf status node, u can copy it and try pasting it in the program provided u should open it in se80...

Still it says "Copying statuses in modifuication mode not allowed, see F1 help"

HI !

I was able to get thorugh it , the fact is that even when I activated it , theer were few objects which was still not getting activated a, so i went into each of the individual components and activated it individually and it showed being activated and thus started working . Thanks all of you for your kind help.

Hi,

I am getting the same error.

I need to copy the status into Z status for the same program,.

Could you please help with the procedure to solve the issue.
