error in FM 'so_new_document_send_api1' exception-2 DOCUMENT_NOT_SENT

Hi Experts,

plz help me on this issue . i am using the function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 which is throwing the exception DOC_NOT_SENT...Please suggest what it is about..

when i am giving i/p's in different server it is reflecting in SCOT, when i am giving i/p's for my client server

it's not reflecting in SCOT.....

is it configuration problems? if it is plz suggest me which configurations are missing ...because we are not getting which config is missed..

Please check this thread as it deals with the same issue

DOCUMENT_NOT_SENT means Document not sent to any recipients

its unable to send emails i think you need to add the email in SCOT for the server

Thanks Iqbal ,

but when i am sending data from se37 it is not reflecting into SCOT , is their any configuration required to reflect into SCOT, because my basis people are manually posted mail from SCOT..

but i need to confirm that FM to SCOT message is not triggering.
