Wrong persons sent emails

Hi Gurus,

When ever a Business activity is being saved in the transaction code crmd_order_bp , an email is getting triggered. The issue is that the email is getting triggered randomly to unknown recipeints who are no more in service.

Kindly suggest how to stop emails being triggered to unknown receipients.

Dear Lakshmana,

Please check the following.

1. Check if action profile has been assigned to the Activity transaction type.

2. If yes then remove the action profile and check if still the emails are sent

3. If no, this means the problem is with action profile, correct the same

4. If yes, then check if anybody had activated any BADI or Workflow on 'SAVE' event of the transaction.

5. If yes then deactivate the same and check again.

Hope you will get to the root of the problem.
