missing idocs from SAP to webmethod

Hi Experts,

We have many Interfaces from SAP to AS/400 System Via Webmethods .

There are many Idocs are missing in webmethods Even if the Outbound Idocs is showing As Green with Status 03 in SAP.

So Could You Please give some Suggestion where could be the Problem in SAP or Webmethod System.

Please suggest.

Is there any Transaction in SAP,We can assure that Idoc has been Despatched to Webmethods System?

Hi Parida,

IDoc Status 03...Green Status... wills not guarantee you that IDoc reached EDI subsystem...

Run the Program RBDMOIND in SE38...

Changed on :<Date>

IDocs/Commit Work :100

Display IDoc not sent- Check the Check Box.

Now you will get list of un posted IDocs

Hi,

Check Idoc is in 12 (Dispatch ok) status or not in outbound side.

Try deleting unused trfc calls through program RSARFC01 in outbound and also delete entries from trfc and try sending again

The tRFC status messages are updated by a job for report RBDMOIND. Transaction SCUL also displays the open tRFC calls of the CUA .

Also you can delete lock entries through SM12.

Hi,

To check whether idoc is dispatched , check that the status of idoc should be 12 in outbound side ( idoc dispatch ok). Check the status of idoc through bd87 in sending syatem.

Run the repord RBDMOIND to ensure idocs are sent from sending system.
