Problem while writing bdc on 'MM03'.

Hello friends,

I want to write bdc on 'MM03' and access 'Accounting 2'.

I am using FM SELECTION_VIEWS_FIND for finding list of views. All views are coming prperly.

My problem is when i am using gui fuction (GUIFU) for 'Accounting 2' ( say SP25) , it needs plant to be entered in next pop-up screen.

But i m not able to enter it in the screen with help of bdc and also i tried to use 'SET PARAMETER ID'.

Kinldy suggest some way on this......

hi,

Carry out the recording for the MM03 in SHDB.

Use the series of performs statements enclosed between a loop--endloop statements of a internal table holding data to be uploaded in that transaction.

Inorder to get the series of Perform statements,

Goto SHDB~~-> New recording~~-> transaction name 'MM03' . complete the recording with a sample data.

save the recording.

BACK,

New program~~-> from recording~~-> source code.

This way you get the perform statements in the source code with all programs and screen numbers belonging to MM03.

Hi Sharath,

As i mentioned i have already written BDC for it, with the use of SHDB only.

Still i am not able to insert plant name while using GUI Fcode from FM selection_views_find

for 'Accounting 2'.

Other wise i am able to get plant name in that perticular screen.

but my requirnment is to directly go to 'Accounting 2' screen.

Can you put the BDC Code along with the call transaction or Session syntax.

PERFORM bdc_dynpro USING 'SAPLMGMM' '0060'.

PERFORM bdc_field USING 'BDC_CURSOR'

'RMMG1-MATNR'.

PERFORM bdc_field USING 'BDC_OKCODE'

'/00'.

PERFORM bdc_field USING 'RMMG1-MATNR'

'1'.

PERFORM bdc_dynpro USING 'SAPLMGMM' '0070'.

perform bdc_field using 'BDC_CURSOR'

'MSICHTAUSW-DYTXT(01)'.

PERFORM bdc_field USING 'BDC_OKCODE'

'=SP25'.

For this ok_code i need to enter plant.

I tried it before/after putting this ok_code. with/without screen & prog name.

and also used parameter id before writting ok_code, but still not able to get into the screen.

Do you mean to say

perform bdc_field using 'BDC_CURSOR'

'MSICHTAUSW-DYTXT(01)'.

in this case you are unable to get 'MSICHTAUSW-DYTXT(02)' ..??

If that is the case it can be resolved in this manner...


    PERFORM screen_data     USING 'SAPMF02D' '0360'.
    CONCATENATE 'KNVK-ANRED(' w_num ')' INTO line.
    PERFORM field_data      USING line fs_cust-title. "KNVK-ANRED(01)

    CLEAR line.
    CONCATENATE 'KNVK-NAMEV(' w_num ')' INTO line.
    PERFORM field_data      USING line fs_cust-namev. "KNVK-NAMEV(01)

    CLEAR line.
    CONCATENATE 'KNVK-NAME1(' w_num ')' INTO line.
    PERFORM field_data      USING line fs_cust-name2. "KNVK-NAME1(01)

    CLEAR line.
    CONCATENATE 'KNVK-TELF1(' w_num ')' INTO line.
    PERFORM field_data      USING line fs_cust-telf1. "KNVK-TELF1(01)

    CLEAR line.
    CONCATENATE 'KNVK-TELF1(' w_num ')' INTO line.
    PERFORM field_data      USING line fs_cust-abtnr. "KNVK-ABTNR(01)
    PERFORM field_data      USING 'BDC_OKCODE' '=ENTR'.

where w_num was numeric variable of length 2 and line was variable of type char length 15.

I have done in the above manner in one of my requirement. The perform statements were between loop -endloop and the w_num value has been incremented by for loop pass.

Just let me know how can i use Gui Function codes i mean filed BILDTAB-GUIFU in BDC for MM03??

Is is still confusing?? I am sorry that i am not able to convery my problem properly to everyone.

You've hard-coded Material 1 for every time you want to enter this transaction? Surely not. However, using the recording, I've always found it simple to navigate in MM. Do your recordings, using the go to functionality in the entry screens. Don't try to pick a view, etc.
