create hyperlink in Workflow email notification

Hi All,

I have requirement to change the email Notification text in the workflow.

I have to include the text (Eg. Approval Guid) in the email notification body. Approver will recieve this mail in the Outlook and when he clicks on the Approval Guid then corresponding file should open from the share drive path (Eg. d://myfolder/test.xls).

Can any one pls help me?

Thanks !! alot for the link.

The link you have given is very clear when I want to have the direct URL address of the web page (eg. www.yahoo.com).

In my case I need to create a hyperlink with name Approval guid, when I click on this it should open intranet based file (eg. Excel sheet / power point ).
