Steps for using PP02

Hi there! I am not familiar with tcode PP02 and looking at the screen, what do you enter for the following fields to maintian the targeted positions?

1. Infotype

2. Subtype

3. Planning Status

4. Data Sample

Also, after this initial screen in PP02, what are the other steps need to be executed to complete the position maintenance?

This looks a bit like a "how to step by step" use a SAP transaction, and not something which can actually be discussed (which is what these forums are mainly intended for).
