kkab tcode

HI,

My functional consultant ran KKAB tcode and generated a report in which planned costs, actual costs etc are the columns.

Now my task is to investigate from which table the data is being retrieved for the column 'actual costs' . For this I searched the prog SAPMSSY0 and its include programs, but I didnt get the result.

Is there any other way to search for this field..

plz suggest me...its very urgent...

Hi Satish,

1. u are searching wrong program.

2. For such requirement,

we need to to TRACE.

Tcode is ST05.

3. Frist press button 'Activate Trace'.

4. Then in new session, run your program.

5. After that, goto ST05 window(already opened previosuly)

6. Press button 'Deactivate Trace'.

7. Then press button 'Display Trace'

8. Here u will find all SQLS (with table name)

which have been executed.

9. There u need to find/detect

and apply ur own judgement / knowledge

to find the required table.

But I am sorry to say you that I dont have authorisation for ST05. Can you plz suggest me an alternative for this??

Hi again,

1. Another tcode is SE30.

2. It will also give u some performance analysis.

3. I think u must take authorisation for ST05

from the basis team

(Bcos this tcode is for ABAPERS only)

This tcode will help u in other matters also.

plan and actual costs are from table COSS and COSP

KKAB uses report painter reports, to get the definition of the report and its details, you can check out transaction GR53.

Thank you for your response.

My fnl consultant is saying that the plan costs are coming from table MARA. I am trying to get authorisations for ST05, SE30, GR53.

MARA is material master table, it dosent hold any cost info.
