    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am transferring data from application server to a another server using FTP,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;using the FTP scripts, some times the file move from to other times it fails and it shows as the &lt;STRONG&gt;Connection Refused&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FTP Log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ftp&amp;gt; Invalid command.#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ftp&amp;gt; XXXXXXXXXX&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Invalid command.#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ftp&amp;gt; XXXXXXX150&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not connected.#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ftp&amp;gt; cd CockpitFiles&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not connected.#&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ftp&amp;gt; ls -l&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;quit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ftp: connect :Connection refused&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what would be the reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prabhu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you check if the login credentials are valid and whether the FTP server is up and running? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to check if the connection is still established between your app server an the FTP server, try running the report RSFTP002, giving the login credentials, host name and a test command 'ls'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
