      <title>Include Object in TR</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two report program objects to be transported, say ZREP1 and ZREP2. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The changes made on these reports are assigned to a Change Request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have released the same Request to generate CoFiles and DataFiles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, it has been noted that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ZREP1 has missed an INCLUDE in the request.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ZREP2 has missed a DICTIONARY STRUCTURE in the request.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How can I make sure that those objects are not missed in the Request? Also, where can I see if all required objects are included in a Request?&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plz advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its always suggested to use SE80 transaction to include objects in request so that &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all the objects are covered in it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also use SE03 transaction to include objects in request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to se03, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and click on the Include Objects in a Transport Request .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or go to se80 and enter the program name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the left side frame, open the include folder , right click on your include &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and select the option "Write transport Entry".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Santosh Thorat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Change request, the objects which are changed only will be assigned to TR, others will not be assigned to any TR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wissh to add other includes also then goto change make some changes, then save and activate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check the list of objects assigned to a TR, goto SE09 or SE01 and find the objects assigned to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shiva&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here you are getting confused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is  a new object created then all its includes also will be transported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are doing changes for an existing object then you only the changed objects will &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;be included in reuqest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also in that case it in not required to add the other includes as they are already available&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Zaran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us assume you have a report ZREP1 and it has a include ZREP1_INC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You released ZREP1 and you got an error message that it missed ZREP1_INC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get this thing accomplished easily, do the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Open the report ZREP1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Just create a blank line some where in the program&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Save, Activate. You will be prompted to create a transport request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Do the same thing with ZREP1_INC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) When it asks you to select the transport request, select the one you created in step 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your problem will be solved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raj&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
