If an internal table BDCTAB has a header line, then the table body and not the header line is initialized.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, of course I can image ways to cause performance problems by execution of these commands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the commands are as explained by themself o.k.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But do the refresh before you use the table in a FOR ALl ENTRIES and you will run into trouble.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Siegfried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
