Attachment Issue

Hi Gurus,

I have a Issue in PO attachment

A user is using Tcode ME21N and attaching a file after that when he is checking that PO in ME23N

he can see the attachment and he could able to Delete that attachment even though he has create and

Display Authorization.

Please give me a better solution : A User can create a attachment but should not delete the attachment if user wants he will create one more attachment but should not delete attachment

Hi Rajini,

I do not have access to the SAP system, but you can check the objects under Document Management System that are checked in the ME21n transaction. These objects like C_DRAW_TCD can affect the actvities that you can perform with the documents.
