Hi all

can any body plz tell me the process of posting questions to SAP through OSS notes?

i dont know how to enter OSS notes

So Plz tell me the steps for sending qustions to SAP through OSS notes

then go to SAP Support portal,

then u give user name and password.

go to HELP and Support

then in Search Term u give whatever u want to search.

Now to send SAP ur problem

go to "REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR" options and there are many options where u will put ur msg there.

Search in http://service.sap.com support portal link with keywork 'OSS' / 'OSS User Guide' to get more info and 'how to' guides.
