If system 2 is modifiable, deleting right there might actually be the "easiest" option. After all, your request provides you with a complete list of all involved objects.

Another option would be to delete in system 1, transport again to system 2, then retrieve the last versions in system 1 to restore everything there.

Thomas

One way is manual, but guess some problems could occur in it.

Is there any other easier way.

Thnx.

You will be promped to create a new request with a change. Then move this request to System2. As it will contain information of deletion, your object will be deleted from target system too.

Regards

Marcin

You can leave the changes in System 2 if you dont want to use or change back the transport or objects back to previous status (From utilities - versions - import/restore) and create new transport then move it to system 2. You cannot directly change transports in system 2 (i assume it is Test) as these systems will be non modifieble systems.

Talk to basis, if they can do anything about it.

Hello

You have two options to achieve your goal:

1.a) Create a new transport request (system 1) and include all objects that have been imported into system 2. Release this request as backup for restoring the objects in system 1.

1.b) Delete all objects on system 1 (creates a new request), release the request and import these DELETE entries into system 2.

1.c) Re-import the first request (1.a) into system 1 to restore the deleted object.

2.) Change the source system of the objects imported into system 2 to this system 2. Then you can easily delete these objects in system 2.

NOTE: Approach (1.) is only feasible if you do not have too many cross-references to the deleted objects.

Regards

 Uwe

HI Uwe,

Thnx for the reply. I have few more doubts on dat.

1. How do I chage the objects in System 2 as source system ( system 2 ).

2. Can i directly delete classes in se24, or do i need to delete its subclasses or superclasses. ( Any method )

3. Deletion of message class.. in se91 ( Is it correct.. or do any othr method ).

I just want to be sure... before deleting anything.. Since it will hamper the business.

Regards,

Taj
