Need help on Dump

Hi All,

I am getting a dump while creating some configurations.

Please follow the steps given below to check the detailed ABAP error Description.

1)SPRO

2)Click on SAP reference IMG

3)Click on Enterprise Structure:

3.1 click on assignment

3.2 click on sales & distribution

3.3 Assign distribution channel to sales organization

3.4 Click New Entries

3.5 enter 1000 in SOrg. Column enter

3.6 enter 10 in DChl column enter

3.7 Save

3.8 select the change request and enter.

Error analysis

An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.

The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM', was

not caught in

procedure "AFTER_SAVING" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.

Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the

exception would occur, the current program is terminated.

The reason for the exception is:

The program "SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD" is meant to execute an external PERFORM,

namely the routine "TVKOV_INIT_VAL " of the program "SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD ", but

this routine does not exist.

This may be due to any of the following reasons:

1. One of the programs "SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD" or "SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD " is

currently being developed.

The name "TVKOV_INIT_VAL " of the called routine may be incorrect, or

the routine "TVKOV_INIT_VAL " is not yet implemented in the program

"SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD ".

2. If the program SAPMSSY1 is involved in the runtime error, one of

the function modules called via RFC is not flagged as remote-capable.

(see Transaction SE37 Goto -> Administration -> RFC flag)

3. There is an inconsistency in the system. The versions of the

programs "SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD" and "SAPLCUST_ASSIGN_SD " do not match.

Please provide me some solution

I think someone in the developement team will be working on some user-exit/modification. Hence the issue.

Hi Radha,

Check this SAP note

Note 1036235 - Error when maintaining common distribtn channels / divisions

The routine TVKOV_INIT_VAL has been included in this note (which is missing in your case)

Check the correction instruction for the object LCUST_ASSIGN_SDF03

Hi Radha,

What error are you getting in download ?. If you are directly downloading using SNOTE connection is required which needs to be configured by your BASIS consultant.

Let me know what the error message is

Hi raj,

Error in remote connection to destination

Error when opening an RFC connection

this error we are getting.

We are using 1000 salesorg and 10 distribution channel.

is this possibility to get error , please conform.

For the time being, Goto service.sap.com and check with this note number

Hi Radha,

The RFC error is because your connection is not configured properly. Your BASIS consultant needs to do this.

Do you have access to Service market place ?

You can also download the note here and in TCODE SNOTE there is a option GOTO -> Upload SAP note

Note : Make sure the note is relevant for your support pack levels before applying
