validation before saving new entry /changes in tmg

Hi all,

I have created the custom table with company code bussiness area po etc. I have TMG also For it. How I want to resctrict the data entry and change of few company code in TGM. How can i do this. Thank You in Advance.

hi Madhu,

Here, you can make use of Table maintenance Events.

01 - before saving the data in the database

05 - creating a new entry and many more events there, choose the relevant one.

By enabling the events, you can create Form routines where you can have your code concerning table entry data validation.

You can view these events at Table Maintenance screen - mainmenu -> Environment-Modification-Events
