copy script from one server to other

Hi,

I need to copy script from one server to other ,here am using rstxscrp and downloaded that into desktop & in the next server while uploading the same in diff server it's throwing error message as below.

ERROR: Dataset does not contain object ZTPSE110_ES_TRANSF but ZD110_ES_TRANSF

here i need to copy this ZD110_ES_TRANSF into this ZTPSE110_ES_TRANSF.

Hi,

Please Use SCC1 and check the SAPScript TR,

then find the source client where you need to push the file.

once its done check both the checkboxes and execute the report it will be transported.

just go to transaction se71->utilities->copy from client->give source form ->give the client name from where you want to copy->give the target name->now you'll be able to copy.

Dear,

If two servers are inthe same landscape, then it is better to retransport it.

If those two are in different landscape, then ask ur basis people to transport as dat file.

Hi,

Hey you can download the sapscript by using RSTXSCRP program,

goto se38 run RSTXSCRP program

use Expot to save it in local computer and import for getting the file into the server..

I am sure this will resolve his problem when we have some problems with the transport from one server to another then we download it and the upload it with the same program.

Start SAPscript Transporter RSTXR3TR *******

Hi,

I think , u downloaded in TXT format and u r trying to upload into the other server.

Download it in XLS format and upload it using the same prgm in the other server.

Hi,

Please select Device type

then give the form name

mode export

then ctrl parameters

From on.frontend

select when you have to save the file and press f8

it will ask you to save in the file just change the filename and press save.

after that goto the other server and logon

goto se38

run the program RSTXSCRP

then here use the above function excpet the mode use import.

hope this will solve your query.

Hi,

here is the solution for ur problem.

when u download the form using RSTXSCRP use XLS format.

In the other server

First create a Form using se71 with pages and this should be ACTIVE.

when u execute this RSTXSCRP prgm give object name that prgm name wat u have created and activated and then upload the xls file.

this is working.
