enqueue work processor not seen-log on error

hi,

In Ides system ,immdtly after log on runtime error appears.sorry if i'm posting in wrong section-pls correct me

the Error message is:

error creating a switch status buffer.

the import of the current swithch configuration from database into internal switch status buffer has failed

reasons:a lock collision occured when requesting lock 'E_ABAP_SWTSTATE'.the enqueue lock is held by user---.

2.the enqueue server rejects the enqueue request for enqueue lock-

sy-subrc = 8.

the work processor 'enqueue' is not seen.

can i know any solution for this.

Check with your basis people, they will solve your problem.
