Tax base amount in BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

Hi ,

I have to pass the Tax Base amount to the BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.

i will get the TAX code , Amount from the flat file.

How to calculate the TAX BASE AMOUNT for a particular tax code and amount.

Help me.

Hello Vikki,

The "Tax Base Amount" is the amount which is "taxable" (BSEG-HWBAS) & not the tax. SAP automatically calculates the VAT amount form Base Amt & Tax Code

Anyways please ask the functional person if are you getting the VAT amount from the File ? I donot think it will be the case.

hi,

In the BAPI , i need to pass on the values to ACOUNTTAX structure.

If i pass on the values related to TAX like Line item , TAX code ...............it is not updating the gl account with TAX.

How to pass on the tax details to BAPI.
