BAPI for GB01 transaction

Hi Experts !!

I wish to know the BAPI, for creating S/L posting in SAP through GB01. Also i want to do validation of data from excel sheet before posting of S/L docs, so for that as well i need to know the BAPI for validation purpose.

I am not able to find BAPI for these two requirements. Your quick help will be greatly appreciated at this moment.

In case no BAPI is there, please suggest some design approach for S/L posting.. Shall i go for recording and CAll transaction as i need to map the errors generated to the excel row no. as well !!

JV_GB01_DIRECT_INPUT

JV_GB01_DOCUMENT_POST.

HI gaurav,

Try JV_GB01_DOCUMENT_POST. It may help. I'm not sure.

function module JV_GB01_DIRECT_INPUT to post directly to a table group table in SPL

Both these FM's does not support my requirements!!
