Hi Ram,

Use MB_MIGO_BADI

Just go through the documentation(click on "Documentation tab") in se18 and also there is a sample implementation given by SAP to add tab to header and item level at MIGO.(Goto -> samplecode -> display) in se18 for the BADI)

Also search the forum for the same with BADI MB_MIGO_BADI name to see detailed results
