Increase Perfromance while Inserting Recs to a DB table

Hi,

I have program which does all the calculation and then fills an Internal Table.

I then use

INSERT <db_table> FROM TABLE <internal_table>.

to load the data from internal table to load DB table.

Total number of records is high app 80,000. As a resul this Insert takes good amount of time.

Is there a more efficient way to do insert.

I will suggest the same if it is your custom table.

Run the report for inserting values in Background and if the execution time runs out ask the basis to increase the job time for this program.

You're using an array insert. I don't think you can do much better than that.
